Pretty happy with my strength on incline today. Will be dropping the weight down to 275 next week for sets of 8 and then go up 5 lbs each week inline with my flat bench. This way I should end the cycle with sets of 5 at a weight of 355 on incline. That gives me a theoretical max of 426 according to the 1 rep max calculator on incline which would be wicked. I think its very doable. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get Strong AF!!!
@RoidRage69 good job on this one! a so-so day for you is like a big training session for most. keep up the good work!

Ok today marks the official start date of our 16 week cycle. Starting at sets of 10 for the main 3 and then working our way down after a couple months. Should put on a fair amount of lean mass doing this. I was beat today and only got out 3 sets of 10 instead of 5 sets. I figure we can work our way into it hoping to do 4 sets next week and then 5 sets the following week. Sure hits the mid to lower back with the SSB. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

Correct going up to 1000mg in a month. I went as high as 1250 at end of last cycle no issues with 750mg Deca.

Boy is this cycle going to be killer. I think it is going to make me Strong AF. Hit failure on my last set of flat bench and didnt get out the 10 reps but got to 9 on set #5. Sure is a big difference going from 3 sets to 5 sets. Fatigue really starts to hit on set 4 and set 5 is just brutal. Weight is starting to pile on it seems. Looks like I will be around 250 by end of next week. Ok everyone have a strong finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!
