It really is considering I don't ever train it. I think I might be stronger at sumo than conventional so this cycle will be eye opening for me. I am hoping to do 650 sumo by end of cycle. There is a local powerlifting meet Dec 20th that would be perfect for us.
When you start going full on the cycle bro you can do 700 i bet

426 on incline is very strong. the most i got on incline was around 355-360 area for 1 rep back in my mid 30's @RoidRage69

Correct going up to 1000mg in a month. I went as high as 1250 at end of last cycle no issues with 750mg Deca.

Boy is this cycle going to be killer. I think it is going to make me Strong AF. Hit failure on my last set of flat bench and didnt get out the 10 reps but got to 9 on set #5. Sure is a big difference going from 3 sets to 5 sets. Fatigue really starts to hit on set 4 and set 5 is just brutal. Weight is starting to pile on it seems. Next week I do 280 I am hoping the gear and increased food intake makes it easy enough where I don't fail on the last set. I want to get ahead of my planned reps so it's easy each week. I figure sooner or later about week 3-4 it will hit.

Yes it is. I've found that I can double my gains by splitting them on separate days of the week. About 3-4 days apart. Chest recovers pretty fast. Another good thing about incline is you get good front delt work without having to directly train them.

Yep. 250 by next Monday most likely. I count my lightest weight of the day as my weight as that is how I've been doing it for 2 years now. Most likely hit over 250 after dinner today or tomorrow.

Jeezus. 1000 extra cals from protein. Shakes would be the only way. I don't know if my digestive tract can handle that. I suppose I can try half that and see what happens and then bump up if all is fine. One thing I've noticed is my blood sugars are crashing within 30 min of having my 10'grams of glutamine and 25 grams simple carbs after workout. The stack in on as well as the increased volume on the gym must really be allowing my body to store more glucose as before. Deca in higher amounts is good for nutrition partitioning correct? Pinned 1000 Sustanon and 750 deca this week. On week 3 of cycle.

sust, deca are great for mass and strength. on deca you will probably need to raise cals. it increases appetite like crazy for me! @RoidRage69

@RoidRage69 i’d say with the dosages of gear and the added 500 cal will definitely help start putting the weight back on man. You’ll be packing on muscle soon.

Having an issue gaining weight. I suppose my metabolism has jumped since I lost so much weight on my last cut. I pinned 1000mg Sustanon and 750mg Deca this week. I suppose I need to raise cals by 500 per day? Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

Jeezus. 1000 extra cals from protein. Shakes would be the only way. I don't know if my digestive tract can handle that. I suppose I can try half that and see what happens and then bump up if all is fine. One thing I've noticed is my blood sugars are crashing within 30 min of having my 10'grams of glutamine and 25 grams simple carbs after workout. The stack in on as well as the increased volume on the gym must really be allowing my body to store more glucose as before. Deca in higher amounts is good for nutrition partitioning correct? Pinned 1000 Sustanon and 750 deca this week. On week 3 of cycle.
That would be insanity protein shake wise gonna have to jump on the mass gainer shakes from the early 2000s every pro pushed lol

I've changed my protocol from past cycles as well. Used to go 4iu split morning and post WO. Now i've been using 5iu just post WO. Between that and the insulin post WO I feel like i'm getting the best results I have ever have to date and it's only been 3 weeks since starting the new protocol.

Good day today on bench. Got out all 5 sets of 10 with 292 which is an increase of 6 lbs from last week. Next week will be 298 for the same reps and sets. Pecs are really pumped right now with that amount of volume and tonnage. Tomorrow will be a day off and then back to deadlifting on Monday. Changed GH protocol again to before workout and then right before our first meal post workout. This way I have maximum hormones running through the veins while force feeding the rest of the day. Its looking like my sumo will be way ahead of my previous conventional deadlift of 635. Havent decided if I want to increase the reps on close grip to 10 yet. I dont know if its even worth it since we are moving a good amount of volume on flat bench at 7 reps. Eventually I want my close grip working sets to be the same weight as flat bench as I want to get to the point where I have 3 reps left in the tank on my flat bench on the later sets. Eventually I want my close grip working sets to be the same weight as flat bench as I want to get to the point where I have 3 reps left in the tank on my flat bench on the later sets. I think by going up only 5 lbs per week will allow this to happen since its such a long cycle. I also am in a deficit again and have added semaglutide so we will see how fast the weight peels off over the next month. Hoping I can keep strength moving forward at the same time. Had a good day today. Hit all my reps on bench with more in the tank. Next week will go up another 5 on flat bench and possible bump the close grip up 11 lbs. Havent decided if I want to increase the reps on close grip to 10 yet. I dont know if its even worth it since we are moving a good amount of volume on flat bench at 7 reps. the DB incline fly and cable pushdowns are a good finish with the PR's. i bet you would have done more too if you were 100% fresh. so next time you will do more @RoidRage69

This is a great strength session on your benching. A lot of people can learn from this. Notice how you stick to flat benching and then you switch over to some variations. That's how you must strength train to improve @RoidRage69
