So I am a newbie in working out. I have only been lifting for a couple years, but less/more importantly, I haven't followed a strict schedule. However now that it's the summer and stuff, a friend suggested that I try out rippetoes. I looked it up and thought it was a good idea, but i had some questions about it like how do you guys do your dieting? FIrst off, 3000 calories is a ton and even then, what the hell do you eat to eat that much lol?
