Sun: Chest tris
Mon: Legs
Tues: Off
Wed: Bis Back Shoulders
Thurs: Off
Fri: Legs
Sat: Off

Sun: Repeat...........

ok.. this look better guys... really trying to make some better gains , in bulking cycle right now... where should i fit abs in at, i can work them on a off day? later

I would hit abs twice a week after workouts, not on off days..

I dont like that bis/back/shoulders day... Seems like a little much to me for one... I dont know though...

I agree, especially w/back being in there, that's a very large group of muscles. Personally, I dedicate an entire day to back, maybe some calves or abs. Just my $.02
 
Why legs twice a week?

Back Bis and Shoulders is way too much for one day.

You back has a lot of muscle...I personally do it on its own day.

Break it up. Give back its own day and do shoulder and bis on another.

You only giving your legs 3 days rest after the second workout. I would tone it down. Leg workout should be hardcore and then let them grow.

I am always sore...and if I am not, I mix it up and do something different.

I definitly agree. that jumped out at me right away. I think you need to revise this. Maybe even out the time in the gym for each instead of having easy and impossible days.
 
I'm currently running a split like this given to me by a personal trainer buddy of mine, I like it quite a bit - he just had it as a four day split, I'm just showing you how I run the four days - it works rather nicely:
monday: chest/biceps
tuesday: back/calves
wednesday: off
thursday: shoulders/tris
friday: off
saturday: quads/hams
sunday: off

Work abs in twice a week...

YUM
 
o yea forgot to mention.....had knee surgery and in therapy for it.. so my leg routine cant be hardcore and the extra leg day helps with my recovery and getting the mass back.. i may bump.. the shoulders from bis and back.. but i have always trained bis and back togethor......:p ;)

why chest and bis togethor.. uur going to work tris wen u work ur chest...even know the tris will get plenty of rest .. just seems easier to do chest and tris on same day?
