ok.. this look better guys... really trying to make some better gains , in bulking cycle right now... where should i fit abs in at, i can work them on a off day? later

That looks beter,
Go easy on your legs, and the will recover fine just make sure during rehabilitation not to go too hard. Make sure your Doc clears you to lift hard. Have a good time bulking up....
 
On Wed your not going to be doing your bis before your back are you? If you do it would really kill your strength for back.
