This is my post workout shake, on a bulking cycle (beast).
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
2 scoops isoflex isolate
1 scoop waxymaise
1 cup mixed berries
1 whole banana
2 tablespoons natty peanut butter

Blended. It tastes awesome although it's very thick and takes some time to down it all. Like I said post workout, rush home and whip one up, down it and then have some eggs.
 
I'd make sure to at least get some pure protein (just whey with water) in there immediately after your workout to get some protein to your muscles as fast as possible. 1/2 a scoop of whey with 8oz of water at least. Zip home, fix your shake and slurp it down.
