Today is final day in San Diego - unfortunately did not make it to the gym yesterday, but killed it on Friday. I'm not sure where my weight is sitting, diet hasn't been right on since I'm not at home, but still not that bad. I really HATED taking yesterday off, but I'm sure I needed an extra one since I don't typically get much time off. Friday I did some shoulders, back, abs and some intense cardio (10+mph on treadmill for 1/2 mile) between sets of 15, 12, 10, 8. Today i'm going to do arms and chest. It is so strange trying to get geared up though to go into a gym I'm not used to and get my groove. The 24 hr fitness we went to is quite a bit bigger than the gyms I work for at home. I've still been taking Slin and Gear, though I've missed a dose here or there :*( Really looking forward to getting back on schedule - especially since I want to bench the shit out of that bar for that weir contest/race I'm doing next weekend. This morning had my starbucks, 1 Need2Slin, and Ezekial. I need to get in some protein and kill it. There's no way I'll be able to do the gym tomorrow night (though Monday is my normal night off) because I won't be back to MI until 7pmish - and then I hit it hard Tues -Thurs; by Thursday night I'm dying because I teach Tues morning, then work with trainer Tues night, then teach Wed night and then teach Thurs morning, and then trainer Thurs night....
When I get home, Tim should be back from Australia and going to realign schedules so I can get some new pics done (not n00ds! - but maybe close? we'll see what he has in mind).
