im in college right now, and i need help on a serious diet, before i started school i was 160, but now i weighed my self i im a 150, i lost 10 pounds. Im eating right, chicken breast, carbs, and fats. my carbs consist of oats, and whole wheat bread, im eating every 3 hours. but one thing that i think is messing me up is WEED. i did not smoke at all this summer, but ever since i came to school i have been gettin blazed out almost every night, also i lost some weight because i got sick, is smoking messing me up, also im not gettin enough sleep, but i wanna know is weed fucking me up?
