Ive said this a thousand times about my delts and back, but they are kind of pathetic. Can I train them twice a week IE
mon back legs
tue chest tris delts
wed no lift
thu back and forearms
fri delts and bis
andhave them catch up to the rest of me?? or should i leave them for once a week
