Hey everyone! I realize pasta is often used to supplement carbs along with a piece of meat for the protein. Im about to eat a bag of pasta and it says it has 48 grams of protein. Does that mean it isnt necessary to supplement meat with that meal? I drink half a gallon of milk even while Im eating that meal. I dont have a whole lot of meat in my diet anyway. Peanut butter,milk,string cheese and protein shakes make up the bulk of my diet. Some tuna and pasta also, but not all the time. Just wondering if the protein in pastas is sufficient on its own.
