hi hopefully someone here can clear this up,i read that some people drink a protein shake after thier wieght training session,right before they go on to do cardio.when iam done training i cant stand doing cardio because iam already tired and feel if i go on cardio right after training i will lose muscle.is this true?i cant do cardio 1st thing in the am because of work.i wont to shed some bodyfat so i have to do it.what do you guys think?
