Im getting tired of all the shakes, so for my preworkout meal, I was just thinking about 2 scoops of casein, 1tb of anpb and like 2-3tb of water, mix and fridge it.....like a pudding....anyone ever do this or will this "paste" end of giving my stomach issues 1/2hr prior to training?
 
Add a packet of sugar free instant pudding mix with some skim milk to the casein. Good alternative to shakes.
 
How can we make it w/o the sf pudding??? No fan of the maltodextrin in the middle of the day...psotworkout, sure........also, water, no milk.
 
It's a form of calories that's all. And very little too. 100 calories a box. You won't look any different if you eat sf pudding once in a while if not everyday.

Get some next time you go shopping. Tons of different flavors break up the monotony of your standard chocolate or vanilla shake. (Butterscotch, Pistachio, white chocolate.....)
 
Well, I did it again cause I'm stubborn and it was actually very very good.

2 scoops casein
water
mix till smooth
2tb pb
tossed in a thingy of sf jello (PREPACKAGED KIND, SNACK SIZE)
AND FREEZE FOR 45 MINUTES WITH SPLENDA AND STEVIA
 
The amount of malto in sugar free jello is nothing. Geez, don't be so dam anal! Why torture yourself? You are on a bulk, no? Sugar is only evil if eaten in decent amounts and by itself. In mixed meals, some sugars or malto will not kill you, nor raise blood sugars. You have been reading into the bodybuilding analist crap for too long. Hell, protein powders by themselves can do a nice job of rasing blood sugars.
