Sounds good. Another one I make all the time is like this....

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup oats
3 eggwhites
1 whole egg
1 scoop anywhey protein
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp. cinnamon

Blend in blender, pour out on skillet like pancake batter.

That's been my breakfast since July 2004. Of course when I'm trying to gain I'll adjust the ratios accordingly. Currently 3/4, 3/4, 6 egg whites, banana and a shake to wash it down. Not sick of it yet.

I do 1 cup oats, 1 to 1.25 or 1.5 cups of liquid egg whites, just a little splenda brown sugar blend, blend and pour into pan. if i can i'll add some sliced banana, blue berries or diced peaches after the batter is poured into the pan. never used whey in the recipe, afraid of cooking whey because of the heat denaturing it. not sure if the pan is hot enough to do that, but i guess AnyWhey can withstand the heat..
