my predbed shake is All Natural Peanut butter + Whey Protein + Skim Milk.

So the only fat prebed for me is the ANPB. i wake up in the morning very hungry. I havnt seen any difference in the effect of, fat gain. i feel i actually make my sleep anabolic(hence loose some fat)

yes jkruz, ur crazy, but so are the rest of us.

I still use my DWOS (during workout shake... works for me).

ISO AGB (currently out though) 2-4 scoops depends on macros for the day with 1 gatorade (about ~ 30 grams of dextrose I believe).

Going to be using milk as post workout nutrition for a while see how that goes... and probably eat a whole meal 30 minutes after that or with it.

sgt, i usually eat my meals about 30-45 mins after my PWOS, i feel it really helps build muscle. Thats the time my muscles need it most, so i feed them.

Also, my theory of nighttime eating. Since yur muscles grow while sleep, dont they need enough building material? So i flood them =]
 
Erm, I never fall asleep without eating all my food........never.....it's too important to me!! LOL
 
I tend to about 4 or 5 egg whites at night, then 1 whole egg or sometimes a 1 oz almonds... both tend to satisfy well too.
 
Ive been doing a casein shake, cottage cheese, and a few handulls of nuts literally 10 minutes and while I lay in bed....however, recently, the next day in the office Ive felt miserably bloated, stomach pains, etc. I've had shoulder issues and been prescribed vicodine which I take at a very minimal dose (1/2 tab 2x a day) could this be blocking me from you know.....going #2......I eat a ton of fiber, and a very clean diet........wonder if it's killing me. Or could it be the tonds of gum I chew and the tons of splenda?
 
How's H20 intake? Fiber doesn't do much except block you up unless you've got the water flowing... try drinking more plain water. Maybe some coffee or a caffinee source too (tends to help things along).
