I had a shake with 15 carbs for breakfast at 6 then I'll have a steak at 9 then another shake at 12 and s grilled chicked salad at 3 then a shake at 6 and another steak at 9. Gotta keep it around 60 carbs for a few days before depleting.
Middleweight. This will be the last year for it. I'm steppin up to lightheavies either next year or in 08. I'm a lil too tall for my class at 5'8" Plus its hard as hell to go from 205 down to 176. But I did in six weeks.
