Hi dudes, I was not able to get chicken today, It was bloody expensive, like twice than regular.
So I got some turkey instead, I guess its turkey breast and I don't know which one is the correct in fitday.com.

Could some one post the cal/port/carb/fats of it, please?

Cheers !

I use fitday.com myself.......I just go by the macros they provide.

Are you confused by whether to choose by slice or cup or ounces?? If you are eating white meat I would choose "Turkey, light meat, roasted, skin not eaten" and either weigh what you are eating (most accurate) or if you don't have a scale, choose by slice which will be more subjective.....

WHILE WE'RE ON THE SUBJECT.

which has the most protein from the deli; beef, chicken, pork or turkey?

Are you referring to lunchmeat?? If so, I would do a search on the 'net by brand ie Healthy Choice......however, lunchmeat isn't really a smart choice for meat selection due to the sugars, nitrates, nitrites, chemicals, etc...bleh

Pick up a rotisserie chicken from Costco or elsewhere or put a roast in the crock pot....
