Ok guys.....I could really do with some expert opinions on this. I know its been done before but I can see any posts that relate exactly to my questions
Stats 5'10'' 201 Lbs, 11%BF
Started calorie restricted diet 10 weeks ago - 60/20/10 pr/carb/fat, 1800-2000 Kcal/day
changed to a carb cycling diet 2 weeks ago of 0/150/300/0/150/300/150 (grms carbs, 300g protein, 50g fat)
In 10 weeks lost 12 Lbs although its hard to moniter over short periods now because of water fluctuations with the swinging carb intake.
I'm running 120mg clen and Hot Rox/day plus 600mg test E per week.
Training 4 days/week - High intensity, low weight, although for legs i'm doing 4 x 25 on squats+leg press+leg ext+leg curl+lunges (I can get 4 x 25 with 280 now)
I think I've gained muscle - my legs are def growing despite cal restriction
No cardio yet (my job is pretty active)
My issues are this. I can't handle a feakin no carb day. Its damn near impossible now. I have a friend, whose a semi pro BB who says a no carb day is not necessary and possibly not good for you. He recommends going no lower than 100 grams of carbs. Here on the board, some say they eat almost no carbs 6 days a week! Others also say no lower than 100gs. What do people think.....
Also......I figure my maintenance intake is about 3000 Kcals but I have suspicions that I'm over estimating it. 3000Kcals is a lot of food if its all clean.......
Last question......i'm thinking of cycling the clen with an ECA stack....change every 2 weeks. Do any of you think that the over the counter fat burners can compare to clen or EC? Hot rox seesm good, but when I cycle off the clen every 2 weeks and just stay on the the HRox, I don;t get half the same eleveation in HR and temp....
I've posted this stuff recently and no one has answered.....so please, no flames......I'd really appreciate some feed back and opinions.....
