Hey guys please help me construct a cutting diet mind you I don't really want to be much under maintenance calories and also not drop much weight. I currently weigh 198 10% BF trying to just drop a few percents in bodyfat but that's all!
I used a BMR calculator and it said 3,500 is my maintence calories. So I was thinking of getting in 3,000 calories a day.
I'm gonna try for 6 meals a day with 500 calories each
Does this sound about right or should I lower my calories further than this?
