THere are legs

There is leg training-lots of leg training. IF you do a search for Titan Training and then click on one of the posts by Andronius you should be able to find the whole program.

Monstar has a lot of posts on Titan Training, but his program does not include legs because he had some leg injury.

Just remember, when you do this program come very close to failure, but never go all the way. The purpose of this is to fatigue the muscle fiber, but not break them down like you might when you go to failure.

Also, search for the post by Mr.X that has his the link to his diets page. I think it is in the dieting board. Follow the links until you get to the CKD page. If you've never done a ckd- read up. This is the diet you use for this program. And don't worry about people who say you can't lift on a CKD. It was made adapted from traditional no carb plans so you can lift.

What's up man? Yeah there's a helluva lot of leg training in the Titan Training workout. If you do this program...be prepared to train when you're sore at first...don't take that as a discouragement or fear that you're overtraining. Just EAT right and do the training and you'll see results. I certainly have. It does take a lot of discipline too. 60% discipline on the training and 40% discipline on the diet I'd say. The diet's pretty tough to stick too from what MonStar has said in his previous posts. I don't really do the diet because I've always had very low body fat and not needed to worry about cutting down. I just eat like a pig all the time. Hopefully the day where my metabolism slows down is not on the horizon.

Hmmm

YEah, so, hmm. Hey Tronius, sorry about that. Anyway, thanks for all the info you've posted- it really helps and motivates.

When you first start Titan Training you're legs are gonna be super sore. But, I've only been on it for two weeks and my legs have just blown up. So just follow the program.

And the diet really isn't that bad. You just have to get used to it. The best part of it of course is eating what most dieters never eat on Sunday.
