I am trying a new split, so here it is:
Day 1: Chest/Bi's
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Shoulders/Traps
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Back/Tris
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Compound movement day(Pick 1 type of bench, 1 type Shoulder press, a squat, leg presses, and one type of deadlift)
Day 8: Rest
REPEAT
I am dieting right now and going back on cycle in Oct. I do low reps(5-7) and always am trying to bump the weight up. Thanks for any input.
