Please analyse my cutting diet (Sorry guys!)

I'm sorry to pester but I really need help with my current diet.

I've been running a 3x5 for a while now with good numbers, but summer fastly approaches and I'm now looking for that lean look (cliche I know..!!)

I'm 19 next month, 6ft, 210lb, pretty muscular but I've definitly got a stomach on me (18-20% BF??)

While I was bulking my diet would be to eat and eat, try to reach for 200g's of protein a day.

Now I'm starting to cut.. (not in competition, but the bodyfat needs to go)
This will be my first ever cut since starting bodybuilding 2 years ago.

8am: 4 Weetabix w/ Pint of Skimmed Milk, Banana.
11am: Wholemeal Sandwich (Tuna/Chicken/Steak - Lettuce, Cucumber, Mayo for taste)
12am - Pint of Skimmed Milk
1pm: Wholemeal Sandwich (Tuna/Chicken/Steak - Lettuce, Cucumber, Mayo for taste)
2pm: Pint of Skimmed Milk
3pm: An Apple, 200g Chicken Breast.
6pm: Typically, Boiled Potatos+Lean Mince Meat OR Wholemeal Pasta+Tuna
9pm: Weetabix w/ Pint of Skimmed Milk. (Meat if there's any left in the fridge  )

As you can see I'm aiming to drink a gallon of skimmed milk daily, the 0.1g fat stuff.

I think I might be missing a few things that you guys can help me with, as i'm sure there's a huge transition between bulking and cutting. The timings look a bit dodgy but I try to never let myself go 2 hours without eating or at least drinking milk!

Also - Do Fat Burners work? Or are they meant for people in competitions with already amazingly low BF?

Help appreciated guys n gals :p

Well for cutting, its novt very good imo. Im not sure what weetabix are..

The problem is you have too much sugar/starch in your diet. I think milk has something like 11g of sugar per cup, so over a gallon, thats alot of sugar.

No bananas on a cutter. Boiled potatoes arent good either. Try to remember that starch = a long chain of glucose (sugar). So when your body metabolizes all of that, it is burned as glucose.

with 20% body fat, i wouldnt eat any carbs in your first or last meal. If you go to bed at a normal time, dont eat after 6.

Try Thermorexin for a "fat burner". Ive used it and many people here have also. Does a good job.

Eat clean (complex) carbs. Oatmeal, brown rice, whole grains, yams.. etc. Aim for 6 meals a day. Eat fish, chicken, lean beef. All natural peanut butter from smuckers is a great source of protein and fat.

Use this information and the info others give you and put a new meal plan together and we will re-critique it. Hope this helps.

WATER WATER WATER. Piss clear all day. LOTS.

Thanks for the information.

Weetabix are sort of cereal biscuits, awesome secondly to only porridge oats. But I think I might change over to cooked egg whites.

I use Milk as a source of protein so I'm not sure how I'm going to get enough elsewhere, do I still have to aim for 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight in cutting?

I go to bed around 11-12, and I'd be absolutely starving after my tea, wouldn't I lose gains also?? Casein protein perhaps?

I'll have to google thermorexin.

Also - I've heard alot of people talk about yams but I've no idea what they are.

Maybe I'll swap my gallon of milk a day for a gallon of water!

I think over here in the UK we call those sweet potatos, not 100% though.

I'll possibly switch breakfast over to eggs.

I might need appetite supressents though - not eating after 7, woah, it's a big deal for me!

Do you think I can still keep at my 3x5 whilst cutting? Or should I switch up my programme?

Cheers guys.
