No, I don't use any cables. I just stick to basic exercises (flat bench, incline bench, flat DB presses, incline DB presses and hammer strength incline machine) I don't do all these exercises per workout, but that's the pool of exercises I pick from on chest days. Most often I flat bench, just hard to get away from that exercise

I hit shrugs regularly and I upright row all the time, that makes my traps burn. I'm thinking of adding deadlifts to my back routine to help with the traps too.
