I took this one so I can compare to the future when I cut-up (i.e next summer). I'm 196 in this picture and am in my bulking phase (I'm all natural, BTW), my normal weight is usually around 175 and this is the heaviest I've ever gotten.
From the pic, if I critique it myself, I would say that my chest and traps look to be lagging, anyone agree/disagree with that? My chest exercises are real strong, so it suprises me to say that about myself, I mainly use bar presses (both incline and flat). I think I'll start uses some dumbbell exercises to hit the chest differently. What's the best way to hit the upper chest, that seems to be where I'm lagging behind the most?
