So i work about 11-12 hours doing labor work, always sweating my ass off, and always find myself hungry no matter how much food i take to work.
My schedule:
430am- 10g's aminos
--5am gym
6:20- buckwheat pancakes with honey, 5 eggs, and one egg bagel
930- greek yogurt/grapes
12:30- chicken breast/brown rice/beans
2:30- can of tuna w/ yogurt
4:30- protein bar/sandwich
5:30++ - apple+almonds
Dinner: tilapia/sweet potato or steak + sweet potato
How does that look
Can anyone give me suggestions to not make my lunch so mundane and almost a task to eat?
Also i have a coolpak lunchbox, so everything stays fairly cool up until 5pm'ish'
I also bring a gallon jug to work and thats usually gone by 4 because i sweat so fucking much from being on cycle and living in this hot heat..
