Today was my day back from a little gym break, and hell i loved it. I was aching and while doing power shrugs (2 sets 225x18, 3 sets 270x12), after the two sets of 225, i felt a little iffy in my stomach from the intensity. I add more weight and hit 3 more sets... after this, i had chunks in my mouth, swollowed them and just carried on as if nothing happened. I decided to super set chest after my back workout (bad idea). I finished my sets with whatever i had left in me (felt like puking again). I get home and start drinking my PW shake (50g whey, wheat germ, banana, yogurt)... and that just ended it. I finished it all and then ran to the bathroom thinking i was going to throw up, but i didn't (Go me.)
Now i understand how you people puke after such intense workouts (deads, squats).
