Sorry if this isn't the correct forum, I wasn't sure whether to go here or to go to the supplements forum, but I thought this may be more appropriate.
Anyway, a friend recommended NOW's EcoGreen multivitamin to me...
anyone take it/has taken it before/heard anything about it?
