yikes bro. 50g a day. You should be getting that much in with just your post workout shake. Man at 213 you need at least 300 minimun. It will not be good on your body bro. If you are juicing u need lots of cals and protein. Yeah your body is going to stay the same but not grow which is the point of a cycle. to change your body. u gotta get that diet in check man . if not u r wasting money on your gear. Good luck.
yeah but you're not..... i started out at about 196 6 weeks ago, now im at about 213 to 215 lbs 13% bf i was doing eveything perfectly taking in atleast 350g of protein a day and about 3500 cals a day its just this last couple of weeks everything went downward.. its not like my plan was to take 50g of protein a day and grow ... i knew what i had to do...
that's cool...I think you missed the point. You are in mid cycle not eating enough protien, not going to the gym and wallowing in you own self pity. You come here and cry about it to us and ask an assinine question about "do you think it will affect me?" . When you are lambasted for your obvious lack of common sense you snap back at vetrans of this board about a relative that has died and that who are they to tell you...blah blah blah(you asked).I offer support in sharing my experience with a similar situation, I hope that I might inspire with my humble and admitted flaw ridden pics...and you come back with...

i wasnt looking for sympathy from any one of you board vets... i was looking for advice.. i know protein is what builds muscles and while on gear you need it even more... i know it will have a negative affect on me, its just that i havent seen the negative affects yet my body is still vascular from the eq, im still thick, i havent lossed any weight thats why i was asking
If you are not able to dedicate yourself 100% because of mitigating circumstacnes (in this case a death) then I would recommend a cessation of your cycle until you are mentally and emotionally where you want to be again
