Bro he was done before he started. He never should have took on this challenge with that kind of drama going on in his life...unless he was dedicated to using the gym as an advantage rather than an added pressure. Listen, I've learned over the years that there is always time for the gym...especially in times of difficulty. My Dad passed away this year from cancer (4-11-2004 ). He was diagnosed earlier in the year. It was sudden and it was devistating. I was with him everyday. I was also at the gym. Kept me sane. My Dad introduced me to the gym when I was 13. When I would come over in the morning to help move him, feed him, help him go to the bathroom, ect...he would say "Did you go to the gym?"... "Yeah Pops"... "Good". The people your helping in your life need you to have the energy to help them. The best way to provide that energy is to create it. The best way to create it is to excercise, eat right, and rest. That's all this challenge is about. GJohnson is right Georgie...don't quit. When you finish this challenge...there will be another one waiting for you. Your gonna have to deal with that challenge whether you complete this one or not. But I tell you what...it is alot easier to deal with that next one if you finish this one. I know you said your gonna post pics (no matter what you look like
![Roll eyes  ](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f644.png)
), but finish with determination not defeat. It's important. Understand?
