started my first ever cycle 5 weeks ago cycle info 100mg oxybol daily for 4 weeks then 500mg test cyp for 10 weeks starting to get itchy nips (doing my head in) was just wondering if 20mg nolvadex a day would affect my gains???

Aromasin 12.5mg ED or Adex .5mg EOD for on cycle estrogen control.

21 and older for aas advice. The general rule is to try and start steroids when your older and have hit some kind of barrier.

Because you are 20 and don't know a fucking thing about the shit you are putting in your body. It's hard for me to advocate the safe use of AAS when people like you are out there fucking it up and becoming another FDA statistic.
