Hey there everyone! I may know some of you from other forums I am on but for everyone else I'd like to take the time to introduce myself. I've been lifting since my freshman year of high school but did not get serious until my last year in the military.
Growing up, I was a husky fella. Even when I played sports I neglected the importance of proper nutrition and it wasn't until 2008 that I really started to buckle down and see how far I could take my physique.

Current training set up is 5/3/1 with Dave Tate's periodization for assistance work. I'm also currently in a caloric surplus and I'm looking to break 200 lbs by the end of the year.
I'm here to ask tons of question and answer as many as possible
