Hi all,

I am not new to the BB world. Once upon a time I used to train hard, used anabolics and had a kick ass bod. Then I went to med school and all of that changed, followed with a few accidents and an ectopic pregnancy resulting in a bad surgery...

Needless to say, I am ready to get back on track with my health.

Recently had blood work done and everything is perfect, but I am considered 'obese' by docs. But no high blood pressure, no high blood sugar, liver enzymes are good, and cholesterol is great. Also, bone density is above average.

I am 5'9.5", and a size 20/22. I am getting married in a year or so and I would like to be at a 6/8. A six is really small for my build, I am truly comfortable at an 8. I've never been extremely thin (thanks to my Greek/Italian roots) but I am keeping an open mind.

I am looking to shred 150 pounds. I am allergic to gluten, processed dairy and soy and sugar is a death sentence. Low/no carb works best for my body and I respond best to it.

The majority of my weight gain came after becoming pregnant and losing my baby to an ectopic. After the surgery to remove the fetus my body went crazy. It's been about 1 year since it's happened. But now that things have normalized I feel ready to start making changes.

I am looking to order clen/t3/nolvadex and possibly winny to cut. My only concern is that I used to have panic attacks (with altered hormonal changes) but I believe tyrosine can help with that and clen. Off cycle I will take Benzedrene or an ECA stack.

Any advice or recommendations with where to begin would be great. I am ready to hit the ground running.

Thanks for your help!

I'm wondering why you're already planning to use drugs to lose bodyfat when you seem to know how to lose fat without them? Please check some of the recent threads to find my thoughts on using thyroid hormone and anti-estrogens to use bodyfat. They are strong, have significant side effects and there are effective, safer alternatives which I mention in another recent thread.

Regarding Winstrol, it is not a fat loss aid. It is effective at sparing skeletal muscle when one is already quite lean and is on a caloric deficit.

Women do tend to become overfat because of sweets, whereas it tends to be salty/savory foods with men. If sweets are a weakness for you, I might recommend stevita brand Stevia. I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free pancake mix (because it has very little sweetener added) to make not only pancakes, but GF cakes and muffins. I actually have two gluten free muffins at work right now I made last night. That mix uses a good mixture of sorghum and tapioca flours. Rice flour nearly always makes a poor substitute for wheat flour, except for spaghetti noodles. DeBoles makes a good GF spaghetti noodle product.

Simple carbs (read: very high GI carbs) ingested without sufficient soluble fiber always trigger a big insulin spike. Unless your liver and muscle stores of glycogen are seriously depleted (see next paragraph) the insulin will usher the sugar directly into your hips and ass. Taken with sufficient soluble fiber during a part of your day when you are pretty consistently physically active it is possible to use moderately high GI carbs for energy. Definitely reduce the carbs as your day winds down though. Dinner, and anything consumed after that, should probably be carb free.

It is entirely ok to consume up to about 100g of carbs immediately following at least 45 minutes of fairly rigorous cardio. (we're talking heart rate about 130bpm for most of that time) Once you've gone beyond 45 minutes you've probably used up all the glycogen in your liver and muscles and have just begun to access the stored glycogen in your subcutaneous fat layer. If you go an hour then you've not only burned a bit of fat, you can (and should) eat carbs immediately after the workout. Eat them and enjoy them. Your body needs them at that point. Limit 100g though.

As for specific foods to include in your diet, please check the sticky at the top of this page with the capitalized words "START HERE" in the title. You'll find a link to a comprehensive sample diet.

Welcome!!
I too think that you can do the work without the drugs if you just stick to it.
