your little 5x5 deal with 2 sets of 8-10 afterwards. just got done my second chest workout with it. my chest is pumped like crazy. thanks a lot man. i think i even threw on about 3 pounds within the past 2 weeks. when i began, i checked my weight at about (still very disappointing to me) 167. after my workout tonight, it was teetering at 170.5. i dont get it. i skipped a few workouts last week due to me not even feel like going, and i ate like crap ... and i still gain weight. i may have to attribute this to my training. this is awesome. haha.
oh if youre interested, i dunno if you remember, but i said i did 1x10 warmup with 135, then 4x5 with 225. this week i was able to do 235 for 3x5. then the last set i needed a spot for the last rep. also tossed in 2 sets of db presses with 80s for 7 reps, then some incline flyes.
