Need Help With Diet!!!

I Just turned 26 and I have a very deep athletic background I got married a couple years back and put on about an extra 45 to 50 pounds of blubber, I'm in week 2 of this weight lose program I started for myself, I lost 12 pounds in the first week but I have'nt lost anymore since then not sure if I'm doing something wrong,

Meals:

4oz grilled salmon fillet

2cups steamed broccoli

20oz non carbonated diet drink or water(usually unsweetened tea)

I eat this combination every 2 to 3 hours, I know its boring but it keeps things simple for me.

Workout:

30mins of cardio everyday of the week( heart rate stays in between 165bp and 185bp during cardio sessions)

I do a pyramid weightlifting program usually about 6 to 8 sets with 12 to 15 reps every other day (great burn)

Supplements:

6 pills of Hydroxycut Hardcore everyday
nothing else

feel free to give me some good feed back if you think something is missing
 
i would drop the weights for now. i would also try to drink more plain water. add a little brown rice or other complex carb per meal up until 4 hours before bed.
do cardio as soon as you get up on an empty stomach and before bed 5 or 6 days per wk. once you lose the fat that you want to lose then hit the weights and change your diet. change the cardio up to. hit it hard once in a while and try different things. by the way you can always lose weight easier in the first wk or so of a diet. just stick with it. in my opinion those sups are bs. i think a good bulti v and some extra b12 will be more effective.
 
okay I have some b12 I didnt realy feel like the hydroxycut was helping or hurting, I'll try adding some brown rice is one pizza a week gonna destroy my diet or is it cool as long as I make up for it with some extra cardio
 
if your going to do that try the kashi 7 grain pizzas in the am or early pm hours. just keep hitting the cardio as much as you can within reason. if you can do 1 hour in the am and another hour in the pm that would be good. if you eat healthy all wk then eat a large serving of some greasy pizza shop pizza i think it does a lot of harm. i think it restricts your fat loss for a couple days. your body gets used to clean foods then gets loaded up with junk and gets all screwed up. you get digestion, metabolism problems. thats just me. i am probably harder on myself than most.

:FRlol: you can eat some junk once in a while and still get where you want to be. it will just take longer. its up to you. i like to go all in i find my happiness through my unrealistic expectations on myself my own family laughs at me all the time. i do everything like it is life or death. but every one i know says they would never be able to do that especially with a smile on their face all day. just find your balance it is a long term commitment. dont make yourself miserable.

i think that would be a pointless risk for what you are doing. if your going to do something like that i wouls suggest ephedrine. cycled for 1 month on 1 month off. there are also risks with ephedrine but not as many and not as likely to be a problem. once you have been successfully training for a few years and have made it through a couple plateus and you find yourself stuck in your size and or stregnth range then it is time to jump on the gear if you have decided that it is what you want to do.
