Ok so my parents just opened a high end restaurant and I am the bartender. I work 3-12 Tuesday through Friday and most nights until 1 to clean up. Sunday I work 8-4:30. Monday's off. I barely have time to step out and get a smoke during the whole shift since I am SWAMPED! What can I do to get my protein intake up? I'm barely able to eat 2 meals a day! I heard gear was good for protein intake but I need some great advice! Thanks!
