My wife needs you girls help, please!

Hey!

My wife has lost a lot of weight lately, but has also lost quite a bit of muscle. Mainly due to the fact that workload and personal life has weighed her down a bit, so there has not been energy for working out, eating right or should I say enough. She also has some early athreites sympthoms that also limitis her efficiency in the gym. She is doing training at home only. Mostly focusing on bodyweight excercises.

She feels too skinny, bf at around 12% or less, have not measured lately, but I can actually see her abs about now. She does not want to eat up to gain weight in form of fat, but rather in muscle. She used to be quite bigger than she is now, musclewise, so she is being quite selfconcious about this.

I am wondering if Anavar would be something for her. Or maybe something else. Personally I am not too educated in female cycles and the likes.

My wifes stats are as follows:

5'8 tall, weighing in at 90 pounds, 40 years old, worked out most of her life, has been a professional dancer for years, but is now retired from that. Has never done a cycle, she never really saw a need for it, but at 90 pounds she feels she needs a lift if suitable.

So what do you girls think is the best choice for her and how would you set such a sollution up?

Thanks

5'8" and 90 lbs?? It sounds like she suffers from anorexia at that weight! My unprofessional opinion is that she should focus more on eating a normal quantity of quality foods and proteins and not look to any type of cycle until she gets her weight up to a healthy range. She can eat and workout and gain muscle......honestly, at that weight, it might just be best to consult a professional nutritionist to get her back on track. Then she can start a true weight lifting program....

Are you sure those stats are right? I work in a hospital and we would be considering hospitalizing someone at that height at 90 lbs. That's very low. Var is a good choice for a first cycle for a female but I'm wondering if you could just clarify her stats for us? I think she could make a lot of progress with an improved diet to start.

Reason for chicks sending their BFs is propably that some sort of expects the guy to handle the medications and sort it out and they trust you do the work concidering you have been doing ok for yourself over the years. I understand the question tho, good thing to get more girls onto here for sure.

Her BF is really low atm, not far from contest.. So adding more would be an option, not a necessity. The thing about the cycle question are divided into two:

one: Eating, peronal experience is that my hunger increases greatly while on cycle. Lack of appetite is a major factor in this equation.
Two: Due to beginning sympthoms of athreites, working out heavy in the gym is no longer an option. This leaves her with bodyweight excercises at home, wich again are not as hypertroficly effective as weights. On the other hand, it is a superior fatburner, but with lack in diet, also a catabolic cortisol wonder for muscle breakdown, hence the lack of musclemass.

So the sollution the way I thought was to have her go on a cycle, increase her appetite, increase the efficiency of the homeworkouts and resulting in a few pounds of lean gains, wich would not lift her above her genetic potential, but rather let her get back to where she would like to be, and have been in the past. Gains wich I personally believe she will be capable of keeping, once the cycle is over, simply because of the "push" the cycle gave her in hunger and workout efficiency, also known as motivation maybe.

In her mind, she does not feel a need to gain weight in fat, she enjoys the lean look. However she feels too skinny and wants to deal with that in a way of gaining lean muscle. I agree with her evaluation of the situation and do not find anything to be out of order or in need of professional counceling. We hope that you guys will be able to relate to the very question and reasoning and goals of it, and help us decide wich approach would yeild the best results.

Thanks.

We'd be more than happy to help your wife out, Satyricon, but we really don't like doing this stuff 2nd or third hand. Why not have your wife sign up for her own account and get to know us herself :qt: It's much easier that way for all parties involved.

To help you understand why I'm saying this, in all honestly, if she really is 5'8" and 90 pounds, she's dangerously underweight, so either she's in need of professional nutritional counseling OR she's not being honest with you regarding her weight :whatever: A lot of women fudge numbers when it comes to the scale, even to a well trusted husband.

If she really is 90 lbs, then she could actually cause herself permanent health problems by being that low in BF. IOW, your wife doesn't need Anavar, she needs some food and if she's that afraid of gaining fat (which her body needs to function properly) to the point that she'd rather stay at that weight she needs to speak to a professional because her perceptions have become a little skewed.

Seriously. I'm 5'9" myself. Granted, I have a large frame, but 90 lbs is more than 50 lbs. below what I would consider my lowest healthy weight.

Um, think I mixed things up a bit going from metrix to pounds, she is actually 110 pounds. But yes she has small bones, she is petite and little but tall. Heaviest she ever was in her life was 145 pounds, wich was many many years ago. So over the last few posts she gained at least 20 pounds, wich is a great start!!! =D

5'8" and 110 is still very thin, have her come on and post her diet and training. Anobolics will do nothing if she isnt eating enough. PERIOD.

As you previously stated, she lost a lot of weight and muscle. If she cannot maintain muscle she builds naturally, so how can she maintain a larger amount of muscle that is possible when using anabolics?

Agree with the ladies here,it not the food you eat but the type of food you consume

She needs lots of protein, this can be achieved by eating Eggs,Fish, turkey, chicken,Beef,Black beans ,Nuts ETC

Please have her join var would help a little but eating more would help a lot when she signs up we can help her better with her diet. At 5'8 90 lbs is way under weight. I have a gf that is around the same height I know when she was 110 she was way to thin that height a quality 130 is still very thin.
