Hey y'all! Thank you guys. I'm doing ok. I haven't been getting enough sleep so my training hasn't been as effective as it should be. Taking care of I though and dealing with it. Going to hit it hard the rest of the week and get over this darn plateau I'm on.
Chest day:
Wu: treadmill 15min run 1.5 miles
Flat bench DB press: 6*10*40+drop set
Incline DB press: 5*10*25+drop set
Pec deck: 6*10*55+drop set
Stepmill: 1 HR 5.1 floors per min
Sprints: 30 min 2 min walk 1 min sprint
