Shoulders tonight:
Bike Wu 15 min
SD Lat raise Wu: 2*20*5
DB press: 3*12*22.5, 2*10*22.5, 1*10*22.5drop. Stalled again.
Front raise: 6*12*15, 1*12*15drop
SD raise: 6*12*25, 1*12*25drop
Couldn't get a bench so did delt rope pulls: 6*12*40, 1*12*40drop
Butt lift broken so...
Weighted lunges: 5*30*50lb bb

Night y'all....way past my bed time. See ya in the am!

Don't worry about the stalls and get the "again" thing out of your head.
 
Am fasted cardio:
Stepmill 1hr
Sprints 30 min 2 min walk 1 min sprint
Elliptical 15 min cool down.

Stepmill 1 HR. 30 min at 4.6 floors per min then 30 min at 5.1 floors per min
Sprints 30 min 2 min walk 1 mi. Sprint
Decline situps: 3*30
Lying leg raises: 3*20
Crunch chair: 4*100
Butt lift: 6*12*60+drop set
