Hey! I created hell! didn't you know that?



Theres a bunch of fat slobs in my pit trying to climb out, i keep encourageing them saying stuff like "come on ,your almost there" or " I'll give you a million dollars of you reach the top" Then as they reach the tip of the pit ,i kick them back down again BWahahaha! It wouldn't be hell if you didn't fight for it!

You can keep kicking me back down RADAR! I have a propensity towards torture!

Back at it full of energy today. Leg day:

Bike Wu 15 min
Squats: 6*10*165, 1*10*165drop set
Leg press: 6*12*300, 1*12*300drop set
Extensions: 6*12*110, 1*12*110drop set
Ham curls: 6*12*110, 1*12*110drop set
Butt lift thing: 6*12*60, 1*12*60drop set
Then...stepmill 1 HR.

Still walking ok. :/

I've de loaded this week by 80lb my body needs a rest its flagging and my form is suffering.

Am fasted cardio and abs:
Stepmill 1 HR. 4.7 floors per min.
Sprints 30 min 2 min walk 1 min sprint
Decline abs: 3*30
Lying leg raises: 3*20
Crunch chair: 4*100
