Elliptical Wu: 15 min
Stepmill: 1 HR at 4.2 floors per min
Decline situps: 3*25
Leg raises: 3*20
Crunch chair: 3*100
Triceps pushdowns: 5*15*30, 1*15*30drop
Rope pulldown: 5*15*30, 1*15*30drop
Overhead rope: 5*15*25, 1*15*25drop
DB curls: 5*10*20, 1*10*20drop
Hammers: 5*10*20, 1*10*20drop
Preachers: 6*10*bar
Stepmill: 45 min at 4.2 floors per min.

Felt good but felt like I could of done better. :/ have a great Saturday y'all!! Be jealous it's 85° here!!!?

Well you're doing fantastic and form is the #1 thing so good on you for watching it and workin so hard! :). Increasing your weights while you're dieting will be tough babe, but if anyone can I think it's you!! You seem to overcome everything you put your mind to! :)
 
Its Monday!!! Long work day so split workout today.

Fasted cardio:
Elliptical Wu: 10 min
Stepmill: 1 HR
Sprints: 30 min 2 min walk 1 min sprint

Got a cramp in my calf and got on the stepmill for 10 min to work it out....my old photo professor hopped on next to me. (82years old btw). Got losy in convetsation and ended up doing 30 min on the stepmill. Lol

Great start to my week! Can only get better from here. Shoulders tonight.

I'm going to try and start video taping myself when I lift soon so that I can make sure my form is correct too. I workout alone so I can't always be sure I'm doing it right. This cutting thing is alot harder than I expected but I feel like im putting up decent numbers for not being on anything. Im at the start of my 6th week and feeling great! Probably going to be cutting for 3 more weeks then the real fun starts!!!

Bike wu: 15 min
db side laterals: 2x20x5
db shoulder press: 3x12x22.5, 2x10x22.5, 1x10x22.5drop
Front Raise: 6x12x12.5, 1x12x12.5drop
Sd lateral Raise: 6x12x22.5, 1x12x22.5drop
Incline delt: 6x12x22.5, 1x12x22.5drop
Butt lift: 6x12x60, 1x12x60drop
Decline abs: 3x25
Crunch chair: 4x100

loooong day but got it done!
