Thank ya much!!! Inclines were insanely hard! Well just getting the weight in the air was the hard part. Had to do 1 arm at a time and mostly use my back to get it up. Ridiculous looking.
Hell yes! I love killing my legs. Jumping rope will totally do it too. And fast.

Its not so much that I look like a regard doing it LOL but the fact that I can't actually make the dayum thing function! My hand, arms, feet and legs.refuse to participate as one!

Elliptical Wu 15 min
Stepmill: 1 HR 4.2 floors per min
Squats: 6*10*155, 1*10*155drop
Leg press: 6*12*280, 1*12*280 drop
Extensions: 6*12*100, 1*12*100drop
Ham curls: 6*12*100, 1*12*100drop
Butt lift: 5*10*50+drop
Sprints: 30 min 2 mi. Walk 1 min sprint....not great. No energy in my sprints but finished them
