-Greens powder twice daily depending on how many vegetables I get in during the day
- Multi vitamin daily
- Ahwagandha
- Fish oil
- Creatine
- Electrolytes first thing in the morning
- Non-stim pre workout with black coffee pre-training
As it's winter now I will be picking up some vitamin d to supplement with.
Any recommendations on what should be added or taken away?
