  • 2iu HGH 5 days a week
Food is the same as last week. Training still the same with the addition of 30-40 mins of LISS cardio on the bike.

Was going great until i fucked my hammy, not sure if i'll be able to train legs for a few weeks. Still train the rest and hoping to get back on the bike by end of week

Can you still train the other leg? Is it worth running some bpc and tb?
