my eating scheme. how does it look?

this is what i eat:

Morning:
1 cup of wheat-type of cereal
1 cup of berries
vitamins

3 hours later:
celery + 2 tbsp ANPB

3 hours later:
celery + 2 tbsp ANPB

3 hours later:
celery + 2 tbsp ANPB

3 hours later:
1 cup brown rice


it comes to 1700 calories. my weight 157 (x14) = 2198. i'm not too worried about some muscle loss, as long as the fat goes..

the ANPB diet (mr. x's) worked for me before. this is working out ok so far. i have a few pounds that have been a bitch to get off.
 
So you eat NO source of protein, most of your carbs late at night and the majority of your calories come from fats?

























Dude, you're gonna lose a hell of a lot more muscle than fat with that diet.
 
hello can anyone tell me a good diet to follow, i just started a 12 week corse of deca, sust and winstrol. but i need a good food supply

I think that somewhere along the line you missed some important parts of the diet:

1. Where are the proteins?
2. 1 cup rice everyday while on a PB diet??? those 2 don't match, even less in the evening.


I think you really really really need to ditch this one and start from scratcg... have you tried something more balanced? CKD is, in my view at least, a last resort, peak-reaching diet for LEAN people... loosing a couple (or a lot) of lbs of fat can be done otherwise.
