Right now my stat's are: 88kg, 184cm, Bf 10%. Diet Mon to friday carbs under 30g, protein at 3g/kg, high fat. Doing a "metabolic diet".
I've been working out in the gym 4-5 times per week before. My new routine looks like this:
Mon-friday: Protein drink and E/C, then 1hour morning walk.
Mon: Legs, Abs, calves
Tue: 20 minutes high intensive running(5 minutes then rest for one minute, then 5 minute running then rest for 1 minute, and so on..total 20 minutes)
Wed: Back, shoulders
Thu: Same as tuesday
Frid: Chest, triceps/biceps(one triceps excercise, then one biceps and then one triceps...forgot the name of this method..)
Saturday and sunday= rest and lots of carbs
Also doing 75mg winstrol, Ephedrine/Caffein at 3 x 25/200 for one week, then Clen at 100mcg up to 160mcg for one week, T3 at 25mcg per day. 2g c-vitamin per day, ALA, Milktistle, Multi-vitamins, Zink and Magnesium, Echinacea purpurea herba
Wather at 7 liters per day
Eating about 2400-2600calories per day.
