the whole cutting thing like any other aspect is person dependant. everyone needs to find what works best for them. i did 1 hour as soon as i crawled out of bed low intensity 6 days per weak. thats it. but my diet was super low i was clearing 8000 cals per day over 1000 carbs and 800g protein then instantly dropped to the diet i posted here earlier. the low fat made a big difference to.
I do a few days of morning cardio. 45 minutes at 4- 4.2 mph at 1 degree on treadmill.. a couple days of cardio after my chest/back workouts, 20 minutes on eliptical. You don't want to cut too fast, that's why I am stopping AM cardio now. if you can drop 2-3 lbs a week, that's where you want to be at.
What belt are you anyways? Is it possible for you to train 3X a week with a little bit of weight lifting in there? Maybe 2X a week, full body workout with a little cardio afterwards?
