Diet has ALWAYS been terrible for me, and im pretty much broke all the time so i cant buy too much stuff.
Since last monday (When i started gym)
My daily food routine as been as followed :

Wake up - 4 eggs and a steak
After breakfast - Protein 60g, and 10g creatine shake
Snack before gym - Peanut butter sandwich
After gym - Protein 60g, and 10g creatine shake
Dinner - 3 Chicken Legs with Potatoes brocolli and colliflour
Meal before bed - 2 Steaks (not sure how much they weigh)

Been eating this everyday so far.
Any ideas or input on what to change/improve would be appreciated

Thanks

any meal other than last of the day or post w/o eat 4-6 of these per day
lean steak, tuna, chicken is all good for protein. anything whole grain or sweat taters are good for carbs and always eat green veggies with these meals.

post w/o
whey protein and simple carb shake with glutamine and creatine is good (little to no fat)

before bed
eat whole eggs

between all meals
drink milk and throw in a handful of nuts here and there

thats a start on diet. but the cheap shit take a milti v, and drink plenty of water.

figurning out the rest is all up to you. make adjustments as needed

Thanks for reply, will get some nuts for inbetween meals and some multi v's, will start what you said next week once i have all the nececcary stuff and post here again letting you know what i've been eating
