I've been doing most days and I am looking hard and lean. I'm not trying to diet.... I just love almonds. 1lb of almonds is enough to get me through the day. i think it has 2600 calories.
Man , that's gotta be hell on your pocket book. Almonds aren't cheap. I will agree that almonds are a good source of monounsaturated fat. Basically what you are doing is exactly like the peanut butter diet, but peanut allergy is known to cause fatal asphyxiation. I don't believe almond allergy is anywhere near as deadly. Good replacement , but I think you could do just as good nutrition wise for much less money with sunflower kernels.
Once again I don't believe in doing the same thing over and over again so a mixture of olive oil , almond , cashew , peanut is the best bet
