My almond addiction seemed to improve my body composition

almonds - very good for alkalizing, plus a source of fiber, monounsaturated fatty acids and mag - excellent choice of food esp for a snack on a go.
 
To say almonds are bad for you, is an absurd and completely false comment. They are an excellent source of health efa's when cutting with your protein+fat meals or when bulking to add additional fats.
 
Jesus, that is a lot of fucking almonds. I love them to but limit my intake to about 3 oz a day. I could eat a ton more though........
 
slowing down...... I'm getting to that point where I'm not enjoying the taste of almonds..... I've added some red meat and chicken and cut my almond intake to about 12oz a day. No Joke here! my abs are looking better than ever! haven't increased my running mileage (still at 30-35 miles a week) still lifting 4-5 days per week.

Do you really count 16???? Sure it's not 17??? Lol...only joking.......I eat 3-4 large handfuls of shelled peanuts every night before bed.....luv em!
