I want to know how does Muscovado Sugar affect low blood sugar?
Here is some information so everyone can understand my questions. I cannot have sugar, corn syrup not supposed to have my carbs higher than protein-the protein is supposed to be higher and I cannot under any circumstances follow a vegetarian diet, no matter how much I want to. If I do have sugar, and I go to work out, I get weak and nearly pass out. Diet sugar is okay. The only thing I can drink is diet soda and water. All fruit juices makes me feel close to fainting. Because of low blood, I cannot have olive oil, green tea, nothing with lemons, no vinegar in any ingredients of anything I eat or drink.
I want to know how this muscovado sugar would affect the sugar levels. I put out far to much insulin to begin with. This is very expensive sugar to be called a "poor peoples sugar." I just paid 5.00 for a small package at Fresh Market.
The reason I am asking this, is because I want to make my own B B Q sauce, using organic ketchup, organic celery, organic onions and bellpeppers. For those of you who do not know this, South Louisiana has its own BBQ sauce with these vegetables in it. But the Pig Stand and Jack Millers have sugar in it, and the ingredients contain preservatives. Everyone over here nearly hit the floor when I asked for diet, organic BBQ sauce that is made by one of the South Louisiana brands. I had no clue I was asking for something so strange. Found out fast, though. But I was in Fresh Market when I asked, there are no Whole Foods around here, Baton Rouge is the closest and when I ask for the BBQ sauce over there, they show me the Kraft brand.
So can someone tell me what you know about this.
While I am here, here is a note-Any slanderous responses, I am going to copy and take it the Department of Justice, and they will do something about this. It may be the ones putting you up to this, but they will take action on this. So I would not listen to anyone who is contacting you about me. Because I am not going to over look it. For anyone else, thanks.
