I know that you had to cut the peanut butter out of your diet for a bit.

I had to throw all my PB out too :verygood:

So, now before bed I eat almonds. Only problem is I can't stop. I could probably eat the entire friggen can....LOL :evil:

I know you take 14 fish caps instead. Does this equal 1 tbsp of PB? How much fish oil / DHA are in yours?

Mine have - 850mg fish oil / 240mg EPA / 200mg DHA

Please help me!

Hey girl, yes I know, peanut butter and almonds are the devil I swear, lol I can eat the whole can too, OMG and cashews well just forget about it. I just can't control yself with this stuff, this is why I get to have fish oil capsules :worried:

But really it's not so bad they have no taste, it's just annoying to have to swallow 14 pills plus vitamins before bed.

The ones I take are 1000mg fish oil / EPA 180mg / DHA 120mg

1 tbsp of peanut butter is 8g of fat, 3g of carbs, and 4g of protein.

14 fish oil caps is 14g of fat.

Do you just have the peanut butter before bed, or do you have that with some protein?

Oh yes - cashews or macadiama nuts :evil:

I have fat & protein (normally chicken breast) before bed.

Unless my last meal is late, then I have just the fat before bed.

How uch fat do you normally take with you protein?

Well, if I have chicken breast & fat source...........either 1oz nuts or 1 tbsp PB

If I had last meal (say an hour or two before) I will have 1.5 - 2oz nuts.....if daily cals allow for it.

Problem is I haven't been stopping at the 1-2oz.........I lost count somewhere around 3-4 :worried:

Before bed you should have some protein and fat. I don't you try having about 14g of fat (fish oil) with your protein. Make sure to have your protein though.

How would 4oz chicken & 14 caps fish oil sound?

W/ the almonds -- count out the amount of your serving -- -e.g. 15 almonds. Put it in a plastic tupperware & that's your serving. PUT THE CAN AWAY!

Or even do that when you first bring the can home then toss the can. You should be able to find a box of snack-size Ziploc-type baggies at the Dollar Store.
